YBW Full Stainless Steel Pressure Gauge
Stainless steel pressure gauges are widely applied in the fields of petroleum, chemicals, chemical fiber, metallurgy, power plants, etc. They have a high demand for anti-corrosive and anti-vibration in process pressure measurement
Theory
The pressure gauge has consisted of a tapping system (including connections, bourdon tube, block), movement, indication (pointer and dial), and housing (case, window, and glass). The housing is a splash-proof type to prevent dirty into movement. The liquid-filled pressure gauge (normally silicon oil) is anti strong vibration from the working environment and can also decrease the ripple effect from the medium. Pressure Gauges are constructed with a bourdon tube sensing element. When the sensing element is subjected to pressure, it flexes and the resulting motion is transmitted as a measurement through a mechanical movement to the dial face pointer.
