Instruthink eccentric rotary control valve is a kind of straight-through valve. It has small flow resistance and an open yoke with a wing that rotates eccentrically. Its body has a simple flow path, low resistance, and has a larger Cv compared with the globe control valve in the same diameter.
Instruthink eccentric rotary control valve is adopted to improve the sealing performance of packing, and it has a larger output force and a smaller leakage amount.
Instruthink eccentric rotary control valve can be used for large flow capacity and wide rangeability and slurry fluid with particles. What’s more, InstruthinkVFR eccentric rotary control valve is suitable to control the occurrence of cavitation when the liquid is decompressed with high-pressure reduction and can decrease the level of noise and vibration.
The VFR can effectively decompress the liquid by inserting a perforated plate into the main body outlet side of the valve. So, cold and warm water with a low or medium pressure line or process liquid can be controlled even with a Kc valve over 0.44.
